The rated power of the transformer is 20000 kVA with ONAN/ONAF cooling, the primary voltage is 66 kV with ‘-10% to +10% % tapping range(OLTC),  the secondary voltage is 11 kV, they formed a vector group of YNd11.

 

The 66KV power transformer was designed with advanced technology and adopts high quality material and components which result in reliable quality and long operation time.

Transformer windings:

Windings are key components of the transformer, they are made of high-quality oxygen free copper, with our advanced technology and experience, our windings have the following features:

1. The windings are able to withstand lighting overvoltage, transient overvoltage, longtime overvoltage.

2. High heat resistant strength, it’s able to continuous working over 20 years under the heat generate by current.

3. The windings are able to withstand the short-circuit current.

4. High mechanical strength.

Final Assembly:

The wound coils are placed carefully in the assembled core. Insulations are given wherever required using materials like press board. The CORE bolt and tie rods are fixed in position. The Primary and Secondary windings are connected as per the requirement.
